September Goals and Intentions

It is never too late or too early to brainstorm goals for yourself. To keep on progressing with our individualized journies, attainable goals and intentions are a great way to keep ourselves on track. I encourage you to sit down and brainstorm positive intentions and goals regardless of what you want to accomplish. You may even surprise yourself. Small steps lead to miles traveled over time.

For September, my goals are:

  • Wake up and go to bed earlier.
  • Stay intune with my nutrition.
  • Enjoy as much sun as possible before the weather changes.
  • Read 10 pages a day.
  • Write a little bit everyday.

My September intentions are:

  • Muscle Growth
  • Consistency
  • Focus
